We ship via Royal Mail 1st class so orders can be expected in 1-5 working days, depending on how busy Royal Mail is and where you live.
Because of this, we cannot offer you a tracking number, as Royal Mail does not offer this service with the aforementioned postage type.
However, if you would like to be able to track your order, we also offer a faster shipping service via 'Royal Mail Tracked', which you can upgrade to at checkout.

If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with your card, we offer a no questions asked return and refund policy.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
