Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@cardpop.co.uk or fill in a customer queries form on the Contact Us page. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelling an Order
If there has been a mistake when you made your order, we will do everything we can to fix this for you. Just head over to our Contact Us page and send us as much information as possible so we can address the problem as quickly as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you have received the incorrect card design, firstly, please accept our apologies and we will take care of this for you. Just head over to the Contact Us page and let us know about the error and we will send you the correct card design straight away. With free shipping of course.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. We will then approve your refund and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
