Getting your order to you on time and in perfect condition is our priority. Take a look at our delivery options and what to expect once you place your order.

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off Time

Place your order before 12:30 pm (Monday to Friday) and we’ll dispatch it the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:30 pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: If you’ve placed a personalised order and we need to clarify any details (e.g. missing message, photo, or recipient address), this may delay dispatch while we wait for your response.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £20

Spend £20 or more and enjoy free UK delivery on your order – no code needed! We’ll automatically apply the free shipping at checkout once you reach the minimum spend.

Delivery Options

We partner with Royal Mail to ensure reliable and convenient delivery. Choose from two tracked services at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.70
    Our standard service, with delivery in 2 to 3 working days. Ideal for affordable, reliable delivery.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £3.50
    Need your order faster? This service aims to deliver on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Please note: Royal Mail updates tracking details only once they attempt delivery.

UK-Only Shipping

At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding to international destinations in the future – stay tuned!

1. Can I choose a specific delivery day?
We’re unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. However, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery.

2. Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Royal Mail may deliver your parcel directly, leave it in a safe place, or provide instructions for collection from your local delivery office.

3. How do I track my order?
Your tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Click it to check for updates. Keep in mind that tracking updates appear only when Royal Mail attempts delivery.

4. Why don’t you offer international shipping?
We’re currently focused on providing excellent service across the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

5. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us. We’ll follow up with Royal Mail and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
